Need to give someone special powers?

What is "Power Of Attorney" ?

A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document that gives someone the authority to make decisions on your behalf.

The person who is given the power is called the "attorney", and the person who gives the power is called the "donor".

You can use a POA for a variety of reasons, including:

Temporary: If you're going into the hospital and need help with finances.

Long-term: If you've been diagnosed with dementia and want to plan for the future.

Emergency: If you want to create a POA in case of an emergency.

Relationship: If you're in a long-term relationship.

Travel: If you're going to be abroad for a long time.

There are several different types of POA, including:

General power of attorney

Durable power of attorney

Limited power of attorney

Springing power of attorney

Medical power of attorney

Financial power of attorney

Revocable power of attorney

Irrevocable power of attorney

Military power of attorney

Let us draft your next Power Of Attorney to give powers to that person you trust!
